About this Collection

The Arc Platform is a building performance monitoring and scoring platform for all buildings, providing annual performance scoring, LEED recertification and global benchmarking. Arc is for both LEED-certified and non-certified projects. LEED-certified buildings use Arc to improve and benchmark against those around them. Buildings without certification use Arc to make incremental sustainability improvements and take steps towards earning LEED certification over time. Using measured data, Arc calculates a performance score out of 100, based on global building data and action-oriented strategies across five categories: Energy, Water, Waste, Transportation and Human Experience. Arc helps you measure performance, make improvements and benchmark against other projects.
